Uh . . .
On the way to gymnastics Porter said that we go there because we need to exercise everyday. He wondered how his friend Sage at daycare gets exercise because he doesn't go to gymnastics. I told him that they exercise at daycare, like when they dance or run around. Then Porter said, "but you don't exercise, huh? When do you exercise? Dad exercises a lot." Uh. . . um. . . well.

This is funny because Samuel and I had this very conversation last week where he informed me that girls don't exercise, but boys do. Ironically we were discussing this on the way back from the gym! I guess I should let him come watch me on the treadmill instead of ditching him at childcare. Jay lets him come down and hang out when he is lifting weights.
